World Television chaired a recent CSR Data Networks event - ‘How to implement CSR Communications for Business Results’. This is a two-part event and part one was held on the 24th and 25th February 2004.

The event is designed for both CSR management teams interested in more effective CSR communications and for corporate-communications and public-relations professionals interested in integrating CSR initiatives with their current programmes.

The two-part series provided practical strategies and tools for successful CSR communication. Professionals in the CSR field presented tactical information about research, publicity, internal and external communication methods, impact assessments, monitoring and measuring performance, and making the business case to CFOs and the investment community.
