Television and IPTV communications specialist, World Television, this week scooped a record nine awards for its corporate and educational productions. The company’s previous record was six awards in one week, but this was surpassed following the announcements from the US International Film and Video Festival 2006, Houston WorldFest 2006 and The Videographer Awards.
Steve Garvey, Chief Executive, said: “This is an excellent result for World Television and is well deserved recognition for the professionalism of our team and the quality of our services.
We put 110% into making sure that our productions are of the highest standard and this shows how successful we are at doing that.”
US INTERNATIONAL FILM AND VIDEO FESTIVAL 2006
Founded in 1968, the US International Film and Video Festival 2006 is one of the world's leading international events devoted exclusively to recognition of outstanding business, television, documentary, entertainment, industrial, and informational productions. World Television won the following awards:

HOUSTON WORLDFEST 2006
WorldFest is the oldest Independent Film & Video Festival in the world, with the first awards in 1961. They were founded by award-winning producer/director Hunter Todd to recognize and honour outstanding creative excellence in film & video. World Television won the following awards:
