World Television and PR Newswire Europe today announced a new partnership that will enable World Television to provide broadcast PR services to PR Newswire’s European customers.

Under the agreement, World Television will fulfil all requests from PR Newswire Europe’s customers for broadcast PR services and will also offer PR Newswire Europe’s regulatory and PR wire distribution services to World Television’s existing customer base.

Bill Leask, Product Director of PR Newswire Europe, commented, "Our partnership with World Television will allow us to continue to offer the best broadcast PR services to our customers with uninterrupted service. World Television shares our mission of providing industry leading products and outstanding customer service, at comparable prices.

The partnership will also enable us to offer our industry leading distribution services to existing World Television customers, and we will continue to explore opportunities to leverage our individual expertise to provide additional services to organizations throughout Europe.”

The broadcast PR services include video news releases, A and B rolls, satellite media tours, news event management and webcasting.  World Television’s established international network of offices will support the client work, managed by the news and webcasting teams in London.

Steve Garvey, CEO of World Television, said:  “We are delighted to have reached agreement with PR Newswire Europe.  We believe that their decision to refer the business to World Television reflects our success in the broadcast business.  We look forward to building on these client relationships and growing our business internationally.  This is an excellent example of the benefits of offering a comprehensive range of client services through one supplier.”

The companies have agreed to a financial arrangement that reflects the profitability of the referred business until the end of 2006.  World Television has not made any advance payments for the agreement.
