Mike
Neville, Chairman* |

Mike was appointed Chairman in
July 2003 and before this was a non executive
director. He has more than 15 years - experience
in the telecommunications arena and has previously
held various senior management positions with
organisations such as Cable & Wireless and
latterly Norweb Telecom, where he was a main board
director. During his tenure with Cable & Wireless,
he travelled extensively representing the company
at the most senior level in America and the Pacific
Rim. He currently holds a small number of other
non executive directorships, where he specialises
in advising on strategy, mergers and acquisitions
and corporate finance. |

Dr. Klaus
Ackerstaff, Chief Executive Officer* |

Dr. Klaus Ackerstaff was appointed
Virtue Broadcasting’s CEO in July of 2003.
Klaus joined Unit.Net in early 1999 as CTO to
lead the design and implementation of both the
existing delivery platform and the global streaming
media network. With the IT infrastructure in place,
Klaus was appointed the company's COO in 2001,
in order to manage its expansion accross the European
market. Over the next year the company opened
sales offices in five European countries, significantly
increasing its presence and market share within
the region. Klaus was then appointed as the company's
CEO, and after the acquisition of Unit.Net in
July of 2003 was asked to continue in this capacity
and lead the company strategy and vision into
the future.
Klaus received his Doctorate in Physics from the
University of Hamburg in 1996. His PHD studies
included a scholarship at the University of Indiana,
Bloomington, Indiana, and followed three years
as a research assistant at DESY, where he worked
on applying computing technology to high-energy
physics analysis. After earning his PHD Klaus
began his professional career at CERN (Organisation
Européenne pour la Recherche Nucléaire) in Geneva,
where he was responsible for the IT infrastructure
of the OPAL (particle physics) project. |

James
Ormondroyd, Chief Financial Officer* |

James Ormondroyd joined
Virtue Broadcasting in mid 2000 as its Finance
Director. Following the merger with Tornado
Group Plc Mr. Ormondroyd was appointed Commercial
Director of the enlarged group and was subsequently
appointed Chief Financial Officer in November
of 2002. In 1993 Mr. Ormondroyd graduated from
Manchester University with a degree in Physics.
After graduation he joined PricewaterhouseCoopers’
Audit division in their London offices, where
he became a Chartered Accountant. Mr. Ormondroyd
spent a total of seven years at PwC prior to joining
Virtue Broadcasting, where he worked in their
Business Assurance and Transaction Services division.

Daniele
Della Libera, Chief Operating Officer |

Daniele Della Libera joined Unit.Net
in March 2003 as its Chief Financial Officer,
overseeing the financial guidance of the company
and its subsidiaries. He was appointed Chief Operating
Office at Virtue, after its acquisition of Unit.Net
in July 2003. In 1993 Daniele graduated from the
Hochschule St. Gallen with a degree in Business
and Administration. After graduation, Daniele
spent 6 years as a management consultant in Zurich
and Paris, before becoming Business Development
and Finance Director at Eurospider Information
Technology AG, in Zurich. Daniele speaks five
European languages fluently. |

Dan Grapengiesser,
Group Sales Director |

Dan Grapengiesser joined Virtue
Broadcasting in August 2002 as a part of the acquisition
of Streamway. Following the acquisition Dan worked
as Managing Director of the Virtue Corporate Services
division and later as Group COO. Following the
Unit.Net acquisition, he was appointed Sales Director.
In 1995, Dan graduated from The European Business
School (EBS), London. He also has a degree in
European Business Studies from Halmstad University,
Sweden. After graduation, he joined UBS where
he worked as a Business Analyst and he later joined
Standard & Poors Equity Research where he covered
European technology sector as an Equity Analyst.
Dan founded Streamway Netcasting in 2000, where
he worked as CEO until the acquistion by Virtue
in August 2002. |
